I can schedule your appointments and keep your calendar organized for you so that you are not over-scheduling yourself, or even perhaps cross-scheduling. This is also a great way to prevent missed appointments, leading to missed and lost business

Keeping all of your business and/or personal contact information maintained in Outlook or your personal handheld is a must and works with your appointment scheduling and calendar management. Transcription and dictation. Having the speed and efficiency in typing with a speed of ~75 wpm/0 errors and data entry alpha/numeric speed of 262 kpm/0 errors, leave your letters up to me! Just record them for use with a voice recorder/transcriber machine.
